  • Support members through complex or sensitive situations, including estate accounts, death claims, and escalated account concerns.
  • Process member transactions, cash deposits, withdrawals, payments, and negotiable instruments accurately and efficiently while balancing cash drawers in accordance with established procedures.

Lending, Sales, and Financial Education

  • Originate and process consumer loan applications in compliance with lending policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist members with mortgage and business lending inquiries and facilitate referrals when appropriate.
  • Identify member needs and recommend products and services that support financial goals.
  • Provide financial education and guidance to promote financial wellness and informed decision-making.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed established service, referral, and performance goals.
  • Support branch business development and community engagement initiatives.

Operations, Compliance, and Fraud Awareness

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, policies, procedures, and internal controls.
  • Maintain knowledge of account opening requirements, operational standards, and lending regulations.
  • Identify, prevent, and elevate potential fraud, suspicious activity, and member security concerns.
  • Educate members on fraud prevention, scam awareness, and account security best practices.
  • Maintain accountability for cash handling, transaction accuracy, and balancing activities; promptly identify and resolve discrepancies while protecting confidential member information.
  • Support overall branch efficiency and collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals.
  • Full-time position with availability during branch operating hours, including Saturdays.
