The Community Partnerships Officer drives membership growth through SFCU’s Non-Profit Partner Program by developing and managing relationships with nonprofit organizations and supporting the financial well-being of their employees. This role builds and strengthens partnerships with nonprofit leaders, HR teams, and benefits coordinators to position SFCU as a trusted financial partner. The Community Partnerships Officer coordinates and delivers financial education programs for nonprofit employees, including workplace workshops, financial wellness sessions, and benefit days, introducing the value of SFCU membership.
The position also expands engagement within existing nonprofit partners while identifying new partnership opportunities, increasing employee participation and awareness of SFCU membership and services. In addition, the role may help support and strengthen relationships with other key community and strategic partners that align with SFCU’s mission and membership growth goals.
Experience managing staff or leading project teams preferred.
