World Finance is seeking a Financial Services Representative to assist the Branch Manager in operating the branch effectively, providing excellent customer service and guiding customers on financial journeys. The role emphasizes empathy, teamwork, and active participation in daily deposits, loan processing, and community engagement.

Hourly Pay: $15 - $17 with potential growth within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers toward upward credit mobility through good financial choices.
• Provide top-tier customer service, assisting customers with questions, concerns, and products.
• Process and prepare loan applications.
• Take and process payments.
• Prepare loan documents and execute loan closing on current renewal loans.
• Balance assigned cash drawer daily.
• Prepare and complete the daily branch bank deposit and possibly transport money to and from the bank.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and build community within your branch.
