World Finance in Grand Prairie, TX is seeking a Financial Services Representative to guide customers on their financial journey and support the Branch Manager in daily operations.

You will provide excellent service, process loan applications, take payments, balance cash, and help grow the branch while promoting World Finance's community-focused values. This role requires a valid driver's license, solid computer skills, and a team-oriented attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Guide customers toward upward credit mobility through good financial choices.
• Provide top-tier customer service, assisting customers with questions and products.
• Process and prepare loan applications.
• Take and process payments.
• Prepare loan documents and close loans on renewal loans.
• Balance cash drawer daily.
• Prepare daily bank deposits and transport money as needed.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and community presence.
• Call approved/unmade applications to close loans daily.
• Help build tax clientele and provide tax services.
• Send credit denial letters within 30 days of application.
• Pay branch expenses as instructed by Branch Manager.
