World Finance seeks a results-driven individual to drive loan sales, perform tax-related services, and assist customers in person and over the phone.

In this office-based role, you will conduct outbound collections, support tax preparation, and manage accounts with a focus on accuracy and compliance. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with safety and reliability in daily duties.

Formación

• Experience in sales, customer service, collections, or account management with measurable results.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills with accurate and consistent data entry.

Responsabilidades

• Drive loan sales by taking applications, explaining terms, and asking for the business.
• Conduct substantial outbound outreach for collections, tax services, and new business generation.
• Manage delinquent accounts by securing payments and setting payment arrangements.
• Contact approved, pending, and former borrowers to drive loan volume and identify opportunities for additional financial products.
• Prepare individual tax returns and assist customers with tax questions in compliance with policies and regulations.
• Assist customers in person with loan applications, tax services, payments, and account questions.
• Process payments and updates, and document activity in company systems.
• Maintain accurate records, including tax documentation and credit denial letters.
• Handle and balance cash and deliver deposits.
