About the Role

We have an opening for a highly motivated, analytical individual to join our team. The successful candidate will work within a team of Financial Advisors to help clients achieve their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop relationships with clients (both existing and prospective).
2. Gather client information and build financial plans.
3. Help clients prepare for retirement.
4. Prepare and review investment portfolio recommendations.

Qualifications

• Self-starter with excellent customer service skills.
• Engaging communicator and negotiator.
• Problem solver and critical thinker.
• Willingness to pursue ongoing education and professional development.
• Prior sales experience or enjoyment in networking and client acquisition.
• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED; college degree or equivalent work/life experience preferred.

Career Path

The path begins with the Pre-Contract CDP Affiliate phase, covering licensing costs. Upon successful completion and acceptance, you may start as a part-time CDP Contract Associate earning $15/hour. Afterward, you can become a full-time Financial Professional Associate, earning $50,000 - $75,000 in commissions and bonuses in the first year, with additional benefits.
