Job summary

BrightBridge Credit Union in Bridgewater, MA seeks a Financial Services Representative to serve members at our Bridgewater location, with travel to Waltham and other branches as needed.

You will handle in-person and digital service, assist with loan processing, open/close accounts, and deepen member relationships through personalized product recommendations while ensuring compliance and a service-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent is required; Associate degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years Customer Service experience preferably in a financial institution.
• Strong interpersonal, written/verbal communication and organization skills required.
• Must be able to handle multiple tasks effectively and accurately.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
• Must be eligible to register with NMLS and maintain registration.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a working knowledge of all products and services offered by the Credit Union.
• Performs all sales and service activities to meet quarterly goals while delivering exceptional member experience.
• Assist with loan processing and close loans via various channels.
• Handle account openings and closings and related documentation.
• Cross-train on teller functions to provide backup when needed.
• Assist Call Center with member issues.
• Ensure compliance with Bank Secrecy Act policies.
