This role monitors evolving regulatory requirements, implements process improvements, and equips Advisors and Support Staff with the tools, training, and structure needed to operate in a compliant and efficient environment.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree is required.

Responsibilities

• Leads ongoing workflow evaluations to improve efficiency, scalability, and service delivery across CFS.
• Supports change management efforts tied to new processes and technology enhancements.
• Ensures readiness for regulatory and licensing requirements across CFS.
• Monitors and communicates monthly compliance updates.
• Ensures adherence to Salesforce compliance requirements and other regulatory systems.
• Serves as a liaison between CFS and vendors on compliance matters.
• Delivers accurate monthly commission, accounting, and production reports.
• Provides data-driven insights to support decision-making and performance improvements.
• Develops and maintains user guides and delivers training on systems and compliance expectations.
• Supervises day-to-day operations of the CFS Support Specialist.
• Manages Member Experience programs and addresses service gaps.
• Plans and manages the annual seminar calendar.
