Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field.
5–8 years of similar or related experience, including preparatory experience.
Strong knowledge of financial reporting and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

Prepares monthly financial performance analyses and distributes findings to management.
Prepares the financial sections of the monthly Board of Directors packet with data integrity in mind.
Assesses financial risk for strategies and initiatives in collaboration with senior management.
Oversees profitability across levels and communicates opportunities for improvement to business leaders.
Handles regulatory reporting including Call Report, Public Funds, and quarterly collateral submissions.
Plays a key role in annual budgeting and collaborates on forecasting across the organization.
Assists with investment program functions and classification.
