Qualifications

• Pursuing college in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparation and organization of client financial documents
• Support data entry and maintenance of client records in CRM systems
• Help prepare materials for client meetings, including reports and summaries
• Assist advisors with basic research on financial products, markets, and planning topics
• Support administrative tasks related to account opening and servicing
• Help process paperwork and ensure compliance-related documentation is complete
• Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems
• Provide general office and team support as needed
