Job summary

Zocks AI in Denver is seeking an Implementation Manager to drive successful deployments for our financial services clients. You’ll manage multiple client projects across technical, workflow, and business domains, delivering high-impact outcomes and strengthening customer relationships.

This role blends project leadership with technical collaboration, guiding integrations, testing, documentation, and rollout of new features with cross-functional teams while keeping clients informed and satisfied.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in technical implementation or solutions delivery roles.
• Strong project management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
• Experience with SaaS platforms, APIs, and system integrations.
• Excellent communication skills to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Outcome-oriented mindset, capable of prioritizing tasks to meet client objectives.

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical point of contact for customer deployments, managing multiple workstreams across diverse teams.
• Collaborate with clients to define success criteria, deployment milestones, and usage targets.
• Manage projects end-to-end, ensuring alignment with client expectations and timely delivery.
• Lead integration efforts, defining and deploying solutions that meet client-specific needs.
• Serve as an escalation point for technical and integration-related challenges.
• Work with product and engineering teams to test, document, and roll out new features to clients.
• Work with support teams to address and resolve complex customer issues.
