Job summary

Qualifications

Five years of experience in financial services.
Knowledge of Teller, FSR and Loan functions.
Experience leading a team of sales professionals in a financial institution or retail environment.
Strong sales, analytical, leadership and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

Assist in development and execution of the annual training plan and budget.
Budget and approve training expenses, determine staffing requirements, and analyze costs.
Develop and implement needs assessments and training programs reflecting organizational goals.
Analyze training programs to determine effectiveness.
Communicate goals and product/service direction to employees.
Coordinate and provide direction for training staff.
Develop, implement, and conduct ongoing training programs for growth and direction.
Evaluate and select training resources; manage outsourced programs as needed.
Assist staff with operational training and special projects.
