Job summary

LPL Financial is seeking an inbound contact center associate to support advisors and investors on a range of topics from basic balance inquiries to complex transactions. You will provide courteous, timely, and accurate solutions while working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

During onboarding you’ll complete instructor-led training and on-the-job coaching, with opportunities to obtain financial industry licensing.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of customer service experience.
• SIE certification or obtain by the stated deadline.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Handle 25–30 calls per day delivering courteous, accurate resolutions.
• Support advisors and investors on a range of topics, from basic inquiries to complex transactions.
• Collaborate with internal partners to resolve caller needs and ensure satisfaction.
• Participate in onboarding and ongoing training to expand call types.
• Engage in regular coaching sessions and performance touchpoints with management.
