Qualifications

• 4-year degree required
• Master's or advanced degree preferred
• CPA required
• Five years of auditing/assurance experience required
• Experience in Financial Services/Banking is preferred
• Two years supervisory experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Be a trusted member of the engagement team delivering assurance and consulting services to industry specific clients.
• Proactively engage with clients to understand business goals and challenges.
• Implement testing to assess internal control deficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Manage all fieldwork to ensure quality and timely delivery of results.
• Provide financial statement guidance and business recommendations based on testing and information gathered.
• Support engagement staffing, billing/collections, and ensure profitability targets.
