Job summary

Morgan Stanley is offering a Return to Work program in Gilbert for experienced professionals returning to the workforce. The 16-week paid program provides training, mentorship, and development while placing you in roles aligned with your expertise.

As a Financial Services Representative, you’ll engage clients via inbound calls, support stock portfolios, and earn training paid by Morgan Stanley to obtain Series 7 and 63 licenses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; 2+ years in customer-facing roles preferred.
• Experience in customer service or call-center environments is advantageous.
• Willingness to work a hybrid schedule (3 days in office) and obtain licenses.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by identifying customer needs and offering solutions.
• Educate customers on Morgan Stanley’s offerings and identify additional products.
• Drive sales by engaging customers and pursuing new opportunities.
• Follow processes and manage time efficiently throughout the day.
• Continually learn about investments and financial markets to meet client needs.
• Help identify opportunities to retain clients and minimize risk.
• Maintain a high level of integrity and comply with Morgan Stanley’s Code of Conduct.
• Collaborate with other groups to resolve customer issues and participate in additional projects as needed.
