Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive business experience in executive search, talent acquisition, financial services, investment banking, strategy consulting, or a related client-facing professional services environment.
• Superior project management skills demonstrated in high-performance environments with multiple projects and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional presence.
• Undergraduate degree required; postgraduate degree a plus.

Responsibilities

• Contribute actively to the start-up phase of each search, assisting in the development of the position specification and target list.
• Gather relevant information on industries and target companies.
• Identify prospects and sources; discuss opportunities with executives.
• Validate candidates through reference and source calls.
• Partner with Consultants to develop and present a slate of qualified candidates.
• Prepare position specifications, candidate presentations and reference reports adhering to assessment methods.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and maintain up-to-date search progress.
