Job summary

Lion Street, acquired by Integrity Marketing Group, invites college graduates to join as Entry-Level Financial Services Associate – Management Trainee. Based in downtown Austin, the program rotates through life, wealth, and compliance areas, with mentorship from leadership and hands-on real projects.

You will pursue licenses in life insurance and securities with company sponsorship, while collaborating with cross-functional teams and gaining exposure to CRM, analytics, and client service

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interest in the life insurance industry and eagerness to learn.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through core departments in life and wealth business, completing department-specific projects.
• Marketing – contribute to campaigns, digital strategy, and brand messaging.
• Sales – learn recruiting process, research potential clients, and understand the value of financial products.
• Case Management – learn end-to-end policy process, tracking, and client service.
• Finance & Accounting – gain insight into premiums, commissions, and financial reporting.
• Annuities – explore fixed, indexed, and variable annuities and how they serve retirement goals.
• Case Design / Advanced Markets - develop customized insurance and wealth strategies.
• New Business – understand onboarding, policy issuance, and operational workflows.
• Sales Operations – support CRM optimization, pipeline analytics, and sales initiatives.
• Underwriting – observe risk assessment, decision-making, and underwriting guidelines.
• Broker Dealer & Wealth Management – dive into advisory services, compliance, and holistic planning.

This position will be in downtown Austin, TX and will require an in‑office presence Monday‑Friday.

• Visit and work with local Lion Street firms and their advisors to understand all aspects of the business.

• Participate in training sessions and mentorship programs to enhance industry knowledge and skills.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on projects and initiatives.
• Conduct research and analysis to support strategic decision‑making.
• Provide administrative support as needed, including documentation and record‑keeping.
