• Direct technology architecture, system integrations, enterprise applications, budgets, vendor relationships, and investments.
• Define technology metrics and KPIs to measure performance, effectiveness, and value delivery.

• Extensive experience overseeing multiple technology functions and large‑scale enterprise systems.
• Proven success leading technology strategy, digital transformation, and organizational change initiatives.
• Experience managing large technology budgets, strategic vendor relationships, and enterprise technology portfolios.
• Demonstrated experience leading directors, senior leaders, and cross‑functional technology organizations.
