Job summary

You will assist members with opening a wide range of financial products and services, process card disputes, help with electronic devices, and make outbound sales calls. The ideal candidate has experience in the financial industry, strong organizational and multitasking abilities, excellent communication and technology skills, and a collaborative team mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience in the financial industry with an understanding of operations, products and services, and related legal and regulatory requirements.
• Well organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced sales and service environment.
• Excellent computer and technology skills, communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Previous experience in a consumer lending, sales and service environment within a financial institution is preferred.
