Job summary

Logix Federal Credit Union in Pasadena seeks a Financial Services Officer I (or II) to build lasting member relationships and assess financial needs. You will guide members toward the best depository and loan products to meet their goals, including mortgages and credit products.

The role emphasizes high-quality service, sales support for branch goals, and adherence to regulatory standards. Travel to other local branches may be required, with a comprehensive benefits package included.

Qualifications

• Must have depository & loan product knowledge.
• Experience with credit union documents and policies is a plus.
• Obtain Notary License, New Accounts training, Membership Officer Authority, RE Loan Officer training within 6 months.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office; Symitar experience is a plus.
• Willing to travel to other local branches as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develops member relationships by providing high-quality sales and service.
• Sell depository products, consumer loans, and mortgage products to meet needs.
• Assist with real estate mortgage loan purchases and refinances.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and Credit Union policies.
• Assist with branch goals and referrals through coaching of staff.
• Process new accounts and loan applications accurately and timely.
