Argent Credit Union in Chesterfield, VA is seeking a Financial Service Representative at the Woodlake location. The role focuses on developing and enhancing member relationships from account opening to offering a range of services, while delivering exceptional customer service.

You will process transactions accurately, navigate multiple systems, and cross-sell products to meet and exceed production goals while upholding confidentiality and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Experience in customer service and/or cash handling preferred.
• One year of teller experience preferred.

Salary Range: $16.91 To $25.37 Hourly

The purpose of this role is to develop & enhance the full member relationship from opening of an account to sharing various services offered by the credit union.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service and/or cash handling is preferred.
• One year of experience as a credit union or bank teller preferred.
