Job summary

Goldenwest Credit Union is seeking a friendly Financial Service Representative to assist members with currency transactions, open new accounts, and consumer loan needs. You will also complete teller transactions and help pair credit union products with members’ finances.

Expect to promote services, comply with regulations, and participate in ongoing training to grow professionally. The role offers full-time hours, a 25-hour schedule, and bonus potential based on performance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior retail or consumer lending experience preferred.
• Spanish speaking preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with currency transactions, open new accounts and consumer loan needs.
• Complete teller transactions.
• Process consumer loan applications.
• Pair credit union products and services with members’ financial needs.
• Comply with all regulations as required by law.
• Participate in continuing education related to credit union career development.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

Our Financial Service Representatives eagerly assist members and prospective members with currency transactions, opening new accounts, and consumer loan needs.

Location, Schedule Availability & Salary Information

• 120 E Saint George Boulevard
• Monday through Friday 11:00 AM – 6:15 PM, rotating Saturdays 8:30 AM – 2:30 PM
• Full-time, 25 hours per week
• $17.00 per hour, based on experience and performance + Bonus + Incentive
• Cultivate and effectively manage long-term, trusting relationships.
• Complete teller transactions.
• Process consumer loan applications.
• Pair corresponding credit union products and services with members’ financial needs.
• Comply with all regulations as required by law.
• Actively participate in continuing education related to credit union career development.
