Goldenwest Credit Union is seeking a Financial Service Representative in Idaho Falls, Idaho. The role involves assisting members with currency transactions, opening new accounts, and handling consumer loan needs.

The position is full-time (40 hours/week) at $15.00 per hour plus bonus and incentive. Prior retail or consumer lending experience is preferred, and Spanish language ability is a plus. You'll cultivate lasting member relationships and adhere to all regulatory requirements.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

Our Financial Service Representatives eagerly assist members and prospective members with currency transactions, opening new accounts, and consumer loan needs.

Location, Schedule Availability & Salary Information

• 525 West Sunnyside Rd. Idaho Falls, Idaho
• Monday through Friday 8:30 AM – 6:15 PM, rotating Saturdays 8:30 AM – 2:30 PM
• Full-time, 40 hours per week
• $15.00 per hour + Bonus + Incentive
• Cultivate and effectively manage long-term, trusting relationships.
• Complete teller transactions.
• Process consumer loan applications.
• Pair corresponding credit union products and services with members’ financial needs.
• Comply with all regulations as required by law.
• Actively participate in continuing education related to credit union career development.

Experience, Education & Certification

• High School Diploma
• Prior retail or consumer lending experience is preferred.
• Ability to speak Spanish preferred
