Job summary

Goldenwest Credit Union in Utah is hiring Financial Service Representatives to assist members with currency transactions, new accounts, and loan needs. The role emphasizes accuracy, friendly service, and trust-building with members.

Typical schedule is Monday–Friday with occasional Saturday shifts. Compensation includes a base wage, annual bonus, and incentive opportunities, plus comprehensive benefits and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Prior retail or consumer lending experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete teller transactions and process loan applications.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

Our Financial Service Representatives eagerly assist members and prospective members with currency transactions, opening new accounts, and consumer loan needs.

Location, Schedule Availability & Salary Information

• Monday through Friday 8:30 AM – 6:15 PM, rotating Saturdays 8:30 AM – 2:30 PM
• $15.00 per hour, based on experience and performance + Bonus + Incentive
• Cultivate and effectively manage long‑term, trusting relationships.
• Complete teller transactions.
• Process consumer loan applications.
• Pair corresponding credit union products and services with members’ financial needs.
• Comply with all regulations as required by law.
• Actively participate in continuing education related to credit union career development.

Experience, Education & Certification

• High school diploma required
• Prior retail or consumer lending experience is preferred
