Arkansas Federal Credit Union is seeking a friendly Financial Service Representative to float to branches across Benton, Bryant, and Hot Springs. Based at the Bryant branch, you will engage members to understand their financial goals and recommend Arkansas Federal products.

You will maintain member accounts, assist with loan applications, and build lasting relationships through proactive service. This role emphasizes community involvement and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' related customer service experience.

The role...

In this role, you are required to float to various branch locations between Benton, Bryant, and Hot Springs. Your home branch will be our Bryant Branch. Mileage reimbursement included.

As a Financial Service Representative, you serve as an advocate and financial expert dedicated to helping members achieve their financial goals. Using a proven methodology that allows you to engage in meaningful conversations with the members to better understand their financial needs is your primary role. By having conversations, you will be able to serve members with the right products at the right time to help the member achieve financial success.

• Use a proven model to identify members needs in order to make financial recommendations
