Job summary

Arkansas Federal Credit Union is seeking a Financial Service Representative in Maumelle to assist members with everyday banking and financial goals. You will explain products, open and service accounts, and guide members through loan applications and related requests.

You will build lasting relationships, deepen member trust, and deliver outstanding service as part of a friendly, team-oriented community-focused credit union.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' related customer service experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

The role…

As a Financial Service Representative, you serve as an advocate and financial expert dedicated to helping members achieve their financial goals. Using a proven methodology that allows you to engage in meaningful conversations with the members to better understand their financial needs is your primary role. By having conversations, you will be able to serve members with the right products at the right time to help the member achieve financial success.
