Job summary

Goldenwest Credit Union in West Jordan, Utah is seeking a Financial Service Representative to assist members with currency transactions, open new accounts, and address consumer loan needs. The role is full-time, based at 6761 S Redwood Rd, with a schedule of 8:30 AM–6:15 PM on weekdays and rotating Saturdays.

A $15.00/hour base wage plus bonus and incentive is offered, with comprehensive benefits. Ideal candidates show energy, friendliness, and a drive to grow, along with strong communication

Responsibilities

• Assist members with currency transactions, opening new accounts, and consumer loan needs.
• Complete teller transactions.

• Pair corresponding credit union products and services with members’ financial needs.
• Comply with all regulations as required by law.
• Actively participate in continuing education related to credit union career development.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

Our Financial Service Representatives eagerly assist members and prospective members with currency transactions, opening new accounts, and consumer loan needs.

Location, Schedule Availability & Salary Information

• 6761 South Redwood Road West Jordan, Utah
• Monday through Friday 8:30 AM – 6:15 PM, rotating Saturdays 8:30 AM – 2:30 PM
• Full-time, 40 hours per week
• $15.00 per hour, based on experience and performance + Bonus + Incentive
• Cultivate and effectively manage long-term, trusting relationships.
• Complete teller transactions.
• Process consumer loan applications.
• Pair corresponding credit union products and services with members’ financial needs.
• Comply with all regulations as required by law.
• Actively participate in continuing education related to credit union career development.

Experience, Education & Certification

• High School Diploma
• Prior retail or consumer lending experience is preferred.
