Job summary

Goldenwest Credit Union is seeking a friendly Financial Service Representative to assist members with currency transactions, open new accounts, and handle consumer loan inquiries. Based at our Mountain Green/Morgan, Utah location, you will deliver courteous service and accurate transactions.

The role offers a base wage of $15.00 per hour, plus bonus and incentive opportunities, with a Monday–Friday schedule and rotating Saturdays.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

Our Financial Service Representatives eagerly assist members and prospective members with currency transactions, opening new accounts, and consumer loan needs.

Location, Schedule Availability & Salary Information

• Monday through Friday 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, rotating Saturdays 8:30 AM – 2:30 PM
• $15.00 per hour, based on experience and performance + Bonus + Incentive
• Cultivate and effectively manage long-term, trusting relationships.
• Complete teller transactions.
• Process consumer loan applications.
• Pair corresponding credit union products and services with members’ financial needs.
• Comply with all regulations as required by law.
• Actively participate in continuing education related to credit union career development.

Experience, Education & Certification

• High school diploma required
• Prior retail or consumer lending experience is preferred
