Job summary

Goldenwest Credit Union in Mountain Green, Utah is seeking a Friendly Financial Service Representative to assist members with transactions, open new accounts, and support consumer loan needs. You will build lasting member relationships and cross-sell Credit Union products in a collaborative environment.

The role is full-time, 40 hours per week, with a base wage and annual bonus plus an incentive/commission plan.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Prior retail or consumer lending experience is preferred.
• Strong customer-service mindset and communication skills are valued.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and manage long-term, trusting relationships with members.
• Complete teller transactions.
• Open new accounts for members.
• Process consumer loan applications.

What You Can Expect

Our Financial Service Representatives eagerly assist members and prospective members with currency transactions, opening new accounts, and consumer loan needs.

Location, Schedule Availability & Salary Information

• Mountain Green, Utah
• Monday through Friday 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, rotating Saturdays 8:30 AM – 2:30 PM
• Full-time, 40 hours per week
• $15.00 per hour, based on experience and performance + Bonus + Incentive

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Cultivate and effectively manage long-term, trusting relationships.
• Complete teller transactions.
• Open new accounts.
• Process consumer loan applications.
• Pair corresponding credit union products and services with members’ financial needs.
• Provide consistent member follow-up.
• Comply with all regulations as required by law.
• Actively participate in continuing education related to credit union career development.

Experience, Education & Certification

• High school diploma required
• Prior retail or consumer lending experience is preferred
