Job summary

Goldenwest Credit Union in Utah seeks a Financial Service Representative to assist members with currency transactions, new accounts, and loan needs. The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and a commitment to exceptional service.

Hours align with business needs, Monday–Friday 8:30 AM–6:15 PM, occasional Saturdays. Compensation includes $15.00 per hour plus bonus and incentive opportunities, based on experience and performance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior retail or consumer lending experience is preferred.
• Strong ability to think critically and solve problems.
• Timely and meticulous attention to verbal and written communication.
• Devotion to earning and maintaining member trust.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with currency transactions, opening new accounts, and consumer loan needs.
• Complete teller transactions.
• Process consumer loan applications.
• Pair corresponding credit union products and services with members’ financial needs.
• Comply with all regulations as required by law.
• Actively participate in continuing education related to credit union career development.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

Our Financial Service Representatives eagerly assist members and prospective members with currency transactions, opening new accounts, and consumer loan needs.

Location, Schedule Availability & Salary Information

Hours of operation are Monday through Friday 8:30 AM – 6:15 PM, rotating Saturdays 8:30 AM – 2:30 PM

$15.00 per hour, based on experience and performance + Bonus + Incentive
