WestStar Credit Union in Las Vegas is seeking a motivated Financial Service Representative to join our member-focused team. You will regularly promote loan and deposit products and deliver outstanding service to members.

Open accounts, assist with loan applications, process transactions, and cross-sell services while meeting monthly loan goals. A fast-paced environment and strong knowledge of credit union products are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years in a financial institution with lending/sales experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
• Knowledge of credit union products, services and lending standards.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell loan products, deposits and services to members.
• Open and service accounts; provide information for membership.
• Interview loan applicants and obtain required documentation.
• Process and disburse loans with required disclosures.
• Cross-sell credit union products based on member needs.
• Meet monthly loan goals and comply with BSA/OFAC and other regulations.
• Handle transactions, card issuance, and account closures as needed.
• Participate in compliance training and perform other duties.
