Qualifications

• Customer service, sales or consumer finance experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service to new and existing customers through the loan process.
• Drive sales growth using consultative techniques to educate customers on financial products.
• Engage customers via inbound calls and proactive outbound outreach to attract new business.
• Support delinquency management by offering solutions and progressing toward resolution.
• Learn and grow through hands-on training and one-on-one mentoring.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies to protect customer information.
