Responsibilities

• Maintain and update Salesforce CRM records, pipelines, and sales reporting.
• Prepare dashboards, client lists, meeting materials, and sales presentations.
• Coordinate onboarding steps such as system access and training logistics.
• Organize meetings, webinars, and client communications.
• Handle administrative support, compliance documentation, and sales collateral.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Compliance, HR, and Product teams to support initiatives.
• Monitor client data, territory details, and account segmentation.
