Role:

This role involves driving sales of Balance Sheet Management (BSM)/Asset Liability Management (ALM) products to new prospects within banks, credit unions, and financial institutions in the Western US. Responsibilities include maintaining existing client relationships, cross-selling products, understanding and presenting our value proposition, and managing the full sales cycle. Travel is a key component of the role.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive the sales process from prospecting to closure.
  • Develop business within assigned territories and partner with various teams to deliver proposals and demos.
  • Manage pipeline and relationships, providing excellent customer service and solutions based on client needs.
  • Represent Moody's at industry events and circulate market insights.
  • Participate in team meetings and provide forecasts and pipeline updates.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, with coursework in business, economics, finance, or related fields preferred.
  • 8+ years of B2B sales experience, especially in banking and financial services.
  • Experience with BSM/ALM sales and knowledge of banking/credit union finance is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of the financial services industry, market dynamics, and customer drivers.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage complex sales cycles and interact with senior executives.

Salary range for US-based roles: $143,300 - $207,650, plus incentives and benefits.
