Role:
This role involves driving sales of Balance Sheet Management (BSM)/Asset Liability Management (ALM) products to new prospects within banks, credit unions, and financial institutions in the Western U.S. It also includes maintaining existing client relationships and identifying cross-sell opportunities. Key activities include prospecting through lead research and leveraging existing relationships, understanding and presenting our BSM/ALM value propositions, and managing the full sales cycle. Support from Solution Specialists, Industry Practice Leads, and business partners may be utilized based on opportunity complexity. A team-selling approach and travel to meet clients are essential.

Qualifications:
Salary range for US-based roles: $143,300 - $207,650, dependent on experience and other factors. Compensation includes base salary, incentives, and a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k), paid leave, and more.
