Unknown is offering an education-based Accelerator Program to transition trainees into Independent Financial Advisors within 24 months, blending self-study, hands-on projects, and mentorship. You’ll develop skills to provide holistic financial advice and gain direct sales experience for insurance products.

Travel up to 50% is required; qualifications include passing background checks and obtaining securities licensing within 24 months. Compensation includes a first-year range and incentives.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of all trainee program requirements to gain necessary skills and knowledge.
• Insurance licenses obtained prior to starting, with up to two attempts for Life and Health.
• Pass CRD/FINRA background checks at hire and ongoing; securities licensing within 24 months.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and maintain valid U.S. driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a comprehensive program to develop skills for holistic financial advice.
• Gain direct sales experience marketing Individual Insurance products and pass a sales test.
• Cultivate prospecting skills through research, targeting, networking, and social media.
• Acquire in-depth knowledge of product offerings and understand features/benefits.
• Oversee content, proposals, and paperwork flow to ensure a smooth underwriting process.
