Canteen One is seeking a Financial Reporting Specialist to deliver accurate reporting for national and regional vending and office coffee clients. You will maintain site data, machines, and commission rates in contract compliance and respond to ad-hoc analysis requests.

The role requires strong analytical ability, Excel proficiency, and clear communication. Experience with bookkeeping and accounts payable/receivable is preferred; 5 years’ experience or a college degree plus two is acceptable.

Qualifications

• Analytical thinker with strong reporting skills.
• Experience with bookkeeping, payroll, A/R and A/P is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office suite and contract administration knowledge.

Responsibilities

Pay Grade: 11

Starting pay: $55,000 - $65,000

We help our clients take the best breaks possible by providing unique and customized office coffee, vending, market, and pantry programs from coast-to-coast.

Job Summary

Are you an analytical person who also likes to provide quality cross-sector customer service? Our Financial Reporting Specialist provides reporting for national and/or regional vending and office coffee clients. This position is responsible for the maintenance of sites, machines, and commission rates so that client reporting is accurate and in compliance with contracts, in addition to completing ad-hoc analysis requests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyzes and organizes operations and procedures such as bookkeeping, payroll, accounts receivables / accounts payable

• Must successfully complete department orientation and any pre/post-employment testing.
• Proficient in the use of Windows based office software including but not limited to Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
