Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure GAAP-compliant, accurate financial reporting for monthly, quarterly, and annual periods.
• Oversee preparation and filing of regulatory reports (e.g., FERC Form 1, FERC Form 3-Q).
• Coordinate external audits and internal controls enhancements; partner with auditors and stakeholders.
