Job summary

Thorlabs is seeking an experienced accounting professional for a role focused on financial statement preparation and analysis based in Newton, NJ. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of relevant experience and be responsible for general ledger analysis, cost reductions, and consolidation of financial statements for domestic and foreign subsidiaries.

This position offers a competitive salary range of $160,000 - $180,000 annually and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years related experience in accounting.
• Experience consolidating multiple domestic and foreign subsidiaries.
• Operations management background in manufacturing is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial statements on a monthly basis.
• Ensure accurate domestic general ledger analysis.
• Compile information for tax returns and management reports.
