Responsibilities

• Oversee preparation of U.S. GAAP financial statements.
• Manage monthly internal management reporting and quarterly external reporting packages for banks and lenders.
• Lead acquisition integration from a financial reporting and U.S. GAAP perspective.
• Plan and execute the annual external audit.
• Develop, maintain, and enforce accounting policies and procedures.
• Actively contribute to the monthly close process.
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support departmental objectives.
• Monitor and implement technical accounting updates.
• Drive key project initiatives by overseeing project teams, assigning responsibilities, and facilitating meetings to ensure timely completion of goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance (with an Accounting emphasis), or Business Administration; CPA strongly preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in Accounting/Finance, including at least 3 years in public accounting.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, SEC regulations, and Sarbanes‑Oxley requirements.
• Skilled in financial statement preparation and analysis.
• Experience presenting in meetings, preparing agendas, documenting minutes, and distributing materials.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborative team player with a track record of working in high‑performance, cross‑functional teams.
