Addison Group is seeking a Finance & Reporting Manager in Falls Church, VA for a hybrid role. Initially on-site five days, moving to three days after two months. Salary ranges from $95,000 to $110,000 with bonus potential up to 12%.

The role runs Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM and offers medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits. The candidate will lead budgeting and forecasting, develop operating plans with department leaders, and deliver monthly performance reports and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Data Science, or a related field required.
• At least five years of progressive accounting, FP&A, or finance experience; seven+ years preferred.
• Experience across both accounting and FP&A strongly preferred.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, internal financial reporting, and variance analysis experience.
• Extensive hands-on NetSuite ERP experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting process and ongoing financial forecasting activities.
• Partner with department leaders to develop operating plans, budgets, and financial projections.
• Prepare monthly financial performance reports, management reporting packages, and KPIs.
• Perform budget-to-actual and forecast-to-actual variance analysis.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities and communicate findings to leadership.
• Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic planning and business decisions.
• Provide actionable financial recommendations to senior leadership.
• Support long-range financial planning and strategic initiatives.
• Evaluate new business opportunities and provide financial analysis for decisions.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial performance, reporting, and efficiency.
• Partner with Accounting, Operations, Technology, Customer Service, and commercial teams.
• Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting close activities.
• Support accounting and analysis related to revenue, AR, and deferred revenue.
• Prepare and review supporting financial schedules and reconciliations.
• Assist with financial statement preparation and management reporting.
• Prepare audit schedules and coordinate deliverables for audits.

• Prepare audit schedules and coordinate deliverables for annual financial statement audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Data Science, or a related field required.
• At least five years of progressive accounting, financial planning and analysis, or finance experience required; seven or more years preferred.
• Demonstrated experience across both accounting and FP&A functions strongly preferred.
• Strong experience with budgeting, forecasting, internal financial reporting, and variance analysis.
• Extensive hands‑on NetSuite ERP experience required.
