Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly consolidated financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow).
• Develop comprehensive financial reporting packages with operational KPIs.
• Support monthly closing processes for business units and consolidated reporting.
• Analyze SG&A and other expenses to identify variances and trends.
• Assist in preparing Board presentations and leadership materials.
• Review financial data and reports for accuracy and policy compliance.
• Coordinate quarterly lender reporting, including covenants and liquidity assessments.
• Administer planning tools (Workday Adaptive Planning), maintain models and forecasts.
• Maintain recurring reports and dashboards for ongoing analysis.
• Contribute to system and process improvements to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency.
• Support special projects and strategic analyses with detailed modeling.

Summary

We are seeking a skilled Senior Financial Reporting Analyst to join a growing organization. The Senior Financial Reporting Analyst will collaborate closely with finance and operational teams to ensure accurate financial statements and compliance with accounting standards. Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly consolidated financial statements including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, understanding key financial drivers.
• Develop comprehensive financial reporting packages with operational KPIs, providing timely, accurate insights to leadership.
• Support monthly closing processes for business units and consolidated reporting, working closely with accounting teams.
• Analyze departmental expenses including SG&A, investigating variances and trends to inform decision‑making.
• Assist in preparing Board presentations and leadership materials with clear, insightful financial information.
• Review financial data and reports for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with accounting policies.
• Coordinate quarterly lender reporting including covenant calculations, compliance certificates, and liquidity assessments.
• Administer financial planning tools using Workday Adaptive Planning, managing models, reporting structures, and forecast processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• At least 2 years of hands‑on experience with Workday Adaptive Planning, including developing models and reports.
• Proficiency with NetSuite and Excel (PivotTables, lookups, financial modeling).
• Strong understanding of GAAP and industry‑standard accounting practices.
• Ability to analyze large datasets and provide meaningful financial insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting financial data.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
