Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive accounting, financial reporting, or financial analysis experience.
• Knowledge of GAAP and financial institution reporting preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
• Experience designing and using analytical tools across multiple data sources is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, exceptions, risks, and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain financial reports, dashboards, and analytical tools to support management decision-making.
• Assist with automating manual processes and improving the efficiency and accuracy of financial reporting.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and supporting schedules.
• Perform GL reconciliations and provide backup for core accounting functions.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes.
• Maintain documentation and serve as a cross-functional accounting resource.
