A leading company in the coatings industry seeks a Financial Reporting and Technical Accounting Manager to manage key accounting functions and ensure compliance with accounting standards. This hybrid role requires at least 7 years of experience and offers opportunities for professional growth and continuous learning within a supportive environment.
As the Financial Reporting and Technical Accounting Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing key areas of accounting. Responsible for developing accounting policies, procedures and controls and implementing accounting systems pertaining to assigned functional areas. Also responsible for providing technical accounting guidance and training to the organization, and ensuring accounting positions are appropriate, thoroughly communicated, and in compliance with the established accounting framework. By applying your expertise in accounting and finance, collaborating with key stakeholders, and driving process improvements, you will help ensure the accuracy of financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards.
You will report to the Assistant Controller in Cranberry Township, PA. This is a hybrid position.
