A leading company seeks a Financial Reporting and Technical Accounting Manager to oversee key accounting areas and ensure compliance with accounting standards. This hybrid position involves leading financial reporting, technical accounting guidance, and coaching accounting professionals. Ideal candidates will have a bachelor's degree in finance or accounting and at least 7 years of experience.
As the Financial Reporting and Technical Accounting Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing key areas of accounting. Responsible for developing accounting policies, procedures and controls and implementing accounting systems pertaining to assigned functional areas. Also responsible for providing technical accounting guidance and training to the organization, and ensuring accounting positions are appropriate, thoroughly communicated, and in compliance with the established accounting framework. By applying your expertise in accounting and finance, collaborating with key stakeholders, and driving process improvements, you will help ensure the accuracy of financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards.
You will report to the Assistant Controller in Cranberry Township, PA. This is a hybrid position.
