Pathstone in Englewood, NJ is seeking a detail-oriented analyst to support the Reporting Team. You will work with internal systems to compile accurate client reports and help improve data processes across departments.

Responsibilities include sourcing data from Salesforce and custody platforms, preparing internal communications, onboarding new clients, and promoting Pathstone best practices while collaborating with different teams. Excellent communication and Excel skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; 1–2 years in financial management
• Strong analytical, quantitative, problem-solving, and client service skills
• Detail-oriented with urgency for time-sensitive issues
• Solid PC and Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
• Demonstrates initiative, prioritizes tasks amidst competing demands
• Good verbal and written communication; basic understanding of investments (mutual funds, SMAs, alternatives)

Responsabilités

• Assist Reporting Team with operations through inquiries, project management, and admin duties
• Source data from Salesforce, performance reporting platforms, and custodians
• Prepare and disseminate internal communications and document processes
• Onboard new clients; support staff; promote Pathstone best practices
• Serve as a resource across the Firm to answer questions and train staff
• Contribute to timely, accurate reports for clients
