Job summary

Pathstone is seeking a Reporting Associate to join the Personal CFO Services team in Atlanta. You will support the preparation, reconciliation, and delivery of financial reporting for ultra-high-net-worth clients with multi-entity structures, ensuring data integrity across entities.

You will partner with Reporting Managers and cross-functional teams to maintain accurate records, perform reconciliations, and contribute to a reliable source of truth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• 1-3+ years of experience in public accounting, family office, or financial services.
• Exposure to multi-entity or partnership accounting preferred.
• Experience with Sage Intacct or similar accounting systems preferred.
• Strong Excel skills and comfort working with large datasets.
• Familiarity with AI-powered productivity tools is strongly preferred.
• Foundational reconciliation and analytical capabilities.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes across multi-entity structures.
• Prepare draft entity-level and consolidated financial reports for review.
• Assist in ensuring accuracy and alignment across client entities and reporting periods.
• Perform variance analysis and support explanation preparation.
• Assist with accounting for investment portfolios and inter-entity balances.
• Reconcile investment activity between custodians and general ledger.
• Perform bank, credit card, and brokerage reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate financial data within Sage Intacct or similar systems.
• Support the reporting calendar and meet deadlines.
• Coordinate with Reporting Managers, Advisory, and Tax teams.
