The role focuses on regulatory knowledge, audit confirmations, and risk mitigation within the ORRC framework. Strong communication and ability to handle high volumes are required.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience in high-pressure environments with tight deadlines.
• Experience handling high volumes of incoming mail.
• Willing to be trained remotely and eager to learn.
• Experience with 17A-13 and audit confirmations preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regulatory knowledge to serve as a SME and central point of contact for SEC rule 17A-13.
• Develop and maintain effective partnerships with stakeholders on audit confirms.
• Manage, upscale, track and ensure resolution on issues posing regulatory or reputational risk.
• Identify and contribute to operational risk projects related to strategic initiatives.
• Ensure mitigating controls and procedures are current and accurate.
