Adecco is currently assisting one of its clients in their search for a Financial Reporting Accountant in Charlotte, NC or remotely in Atlanta, GA, New York, NY, Chicago, IL!

Pay rate: $73.94/hr

Shift availability: Mon – Fri, 8a-5p, with potentially extended hours during month and quarter end. (Hybrid)

Our ideal candidate for this Financial Reporting Accountant must have/must be able to:

Prepare month-end financial statements and analysis files in advance of month-end and update during the close process.
Perform flux analysis as it relates to month-end variances across the balance sheet and income statement.
Perform documentation of end user computing tools and updates to procedures.
Perform preparation and tie-out of sections of SEC Filings (8-K, 10-Q, 10-Q)

Education/Certification Requirements:

Bachelors degree – Accounting, Finance, or related field

Experience requirements for this Financial Reporting Accountant:

CPA required
SEC reporting experience required
Previous financial reporting experience preferred
Experience with month and quarter end processes
Excellent attention to detail
