Pikemann is seeking a Financial Analyst in the Oak Harbor, WA area. You will transform financial, operational, and business performance data into clear reports used by leaders to make informed decisions.

The role requires strong communication to explain complex financial information to non-financial colleagues and solid FP&A experience. This position is onsite and full-time, with opportunities for career advancement.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of financial planning and analysis experience.
• Experience building scalable reporting and analytics solutions and improving financial processes.
• Advanced proficiency with financial systems, reporting tools, Excel, and SQL.
• Strong cross-functional skills and the ability to translate financial results for non-financial audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare monthly financial reporting packages for leadership review.

• Train and support managers in using financial reports and reporting tools.
